I am so confused by this Sephora. The employees working here have some of the worst makeup on that I have ever seen. I went in this past Saturday with my sister and we were helped by three different women, each one with worse makeup than the last. One woman (I won't mention names) had giant streaks of orange all across her face, her skin was so oily that the makeup was sliding off, and her lips were totally overlined. My sister asked an employee to show her how to use eyeliner (for a natural-looking eye), and the woman drew on thick black winged eyeliner that I wouldn't be caught dead ever wearing to work or school. We had to take it off before we left the store, it looked so bad. We didn't want to take recommendations from these people- that's how bad it was.
Every other Sephora store I've been to has been great, so I'm not sure what happened with the hiring/training here. I would think that a store that sells primarily makeup and skincare products would have higher standards for what their employees look like, but I guess not. Obviously this is a good place to buy makeup and skincare from if you know what you're looking for, but I wouldn't take advice or recommendations from the employees themselves.
