Situated in the only mall downtown this stores sees a considerable amount of traffic and as a result it's hard to find a "genius" to tend to your needs and there's a considerable number of people that spend longer than they should on the internet. It's not that big so everything is pretty close together with people bumping around each other.
But everything that I love with Apple Stores in general are obviously here with free wifi, staff that know what they are doing with fancy iPads handy and while they might be hard to snatch, once you snag one of them the do their job in an efficient manner and obviously fancy products and everything is now polished up with an iPad acting as a display and info for each and every product on display. As with all Apple/Tech shops, make sure to clean your hands after playing around with public touchscreens!
If you are one to line up for a new product launch, my advice is to avoid this location at all costs. When I was looking to get an iPad on opening day this store had well over a 100 people in line while the Yorkdale line was less than half that length.
