  • So, yes. We knew the carpet was included with the house and most likely would be a bust after a year or so, but at month 2 of moving in, the carpet is already flattening out. I put area rugs down initially to keep the foot traffic from making the carpet flat, that just made it worse. Good customer service, poor quality carpet.
