  • I don't care which ranch from where the beef originates (in this case, Niman) if it tastes great. Flipside cares, as they do about a lot - the quality of their ingredients, for one thing. I've sampled quite a few of their sandwiches and always walked out happy. Don't skip the fries, either. Worth the artery-clogging. If you're a beer fan, you're also in luck here. The vibe is dark and the diners are varied. Stop in. A nice, varied menu.
