Okay so our appointment for my boyfriend was at 10 AM. We arrived at 9:55 AM and were told by Diane at the front that the office was not open. We waited and looked at frames until the office door opened at 10 AM. He filled out his paperwork and then about 5 minutes later he was called back. Dr. Crisler came into the room with him. He had picked up an eye book that was sitting on the counter next to his chair while he waited. The doctor walked in and grabbed the book out of his hands and put it up on a top shelf and didn't say a word to him about it.
Diane was very nice and helpful, the prices were right, but we will not be returning to this store because of the DOCTOR. She should have at least said something to him like an adult, not just take it from him and put it on a top shelf away from him like a child.
