I hate writing bad reviews but I feel like I need to warn others. The process for printing with Silkcards has been so so frustrating!!
Calling them has been a nightmare. Their response time feels like an eternity. You have to take the initiative to proactively call them for everything. They do not care to clarify or ask questions for what the customer wants so also make sure to be very specific with what you want. Needless to say, the level of customer service is disappointing.
The pricing is very fair but sometimes it's better to weigh out the options and go with a business that values your time.
