  • I needed a spa day last minute and this place popped up on google. Very pricey but if you are able to splurge, worth the money in most regards. The front desk and room service staff were very helpful and friendly, the pool area was beautiful and spacious and open 6a-11p which was nice!! Went on a Thursday night and was immediately upgraded to a ground floor balcony room with pool access. There was a wedding or something in the pool area with no sort of dividers in place or anything so I was a little irritated to have to walk around in my bathing suit in the middle of someone's wedding meal. The spa was ok. Very small and a bit too pricey but my massage was out of this world and I would pay to visit him again many times over. (I wish I was better with names so I could refer you. I want to say Jamie? Late 30's to early 40's, shaved head, facial hair.) I don't like that they add an automatic 18% gratuity to the services. Having been in the service industry for years, I feel I am a great tipper but I don't feel like $36 is a reasonable tip for a 90 minute massage. That's half of what most people charge for a massage to begin with. I realize this is a "resort" but still....The slots are tight but the casino is spacious and the Pizza in the NY restaurant is out of this world!! The sushi bar has amazing cold and hot food too! Make sure you get your $10 credit at the front desk before you play! I took advantage of the fall room special which included a room at a reduced price, resort fee credit, food credit and 25% off spa services. Unfortunately, there was an error and I received neither the correct room rate nor the 25% discount on spa services. When I realized that the following Tuesday, I called and Christopher Weaver the Revenue Manager immediately fixed both issues and credited my card. He was friendly and efficient. This place may be too expensive for most to visit regularly but I will definitely visit again for the occasional amazing massage or splurging night away!
