Took me 20 calls before I was able to get the front desk on the line.
When I finally made it to the office, I politely asked the receptionist if I had the correct number. She answered, "Yes, it is" - and as she was turning her back at me said: we are busy because we're being audited and it's only the two of us. Literally just walked away and told the other rep to help me out.
The same rude rep then came back and started chatting with her co-worker about her personal life. Advising how she needs to feed her man to keep him around (very depressing and of course truly unprofessional). Considering I was seating towards the back and able to hear her - I am quite certain the entire room did too.
I don't understand how Doctor's hire folks who perhaps made it through HS and don't have the slightest clue about what customer service is.
The doctor is like any other Doctor I've seen - always in a hurry and a let's get it done attitude.
After 3 weeks, I am still trying to get a call back for my results and calling numerous times before being able to speak to someone.
Save yourself the hassle and do some more research before going there.
