rev:text	If every business treated its customers like Mike and Kim do, the world would be a better place. The Phoenix sun had done its work on our stucco home and it really needed some TLC and paint. After calling several painters from Yelp! reviews and hearing back from only a few, we met with Mike Ricker and immediately felt comfortable with this contractor. Mike gave us a written estimate which included available paint grades, options such as interior fence and RV gate, and a lot of stucco repair (water damage from sprinklers and baseball dents from boys.) Mike even let us know they have a 4-6 week lead time because they are BUSY. Instead of hiring extra crews, he keeps the talented guys he has booked solid. Once we chose CoR, even though not the cheapest, Kim Ricker was very helpful in getting the contract documents prepared, HOA approvals handled, and making sure all the colors were in the right place before work began. The crew showed up on time every day, led by Lalo (Best Superintendent Award, IMO), and went right to work for the next 3-1/2 days. The crew was organized, quiet, and clean. They did all the little things right, like scraping the eaves, waterproof paint on the foundation, and even replacing our light fixtures with new ones we bought. After the work was done, Mike scheduled a time to come by and make sure we were completely satisfied with the work done. Even though we don't have the biggest house in the neighborhood, Mike and Kim made us feel like we were the most important client they ever had. The compliments from neighbors keep coming and I'm proud to recommend Mike and Kim Ricker and Crash of Rhinos to everyone.
