  • I have purchased all my appliances from Spencers 13 months ago. I have had trouble with the Frigidaire refrigerator for several months. Among the many problems : ice coming out and bombarding me and the kitchen with pieces flying all over. The water running by itself. Rust in the icemaker and I could go on and on. The way I have been treated by Spencers is disgraceful. They have made it very clear that they don't care. They send me to Frigidaire and Frigidaire says it is Spencers problem. Ryan, Brian and Tory have been just awful. The company has no management and since the employees own the company they are answerable to no one.I have had service and they even brought out a new icemaker, or something in a box. The box was never opened and it was never installed. Off the record the repairman said nothing would work. I will be forced to get a new refrigerator but it won't be from Spencers! They are very nice when you are buying but a nightmare after!
