I've had a terribly frustrating experience with Camelback Dermatology. I have had to follow up with them multiple times to get them to email forms, contact my insurance company, contact my pharmacist. They ordered the wrong labs so I had to make an extra trip for an extra blood draw. They forgot to report time sensitive information to the pharmacy, so I had to schedule an extra office visit before picking up meds. The list goes on. I'm not sure if its apathy or lack of training, but they've dropped the ball nearly every step of the way.
