  • Hard to rate a root canal 5 stars but they deserve it. After noticing I had swelling on the gum line it was quickly (within 24 hours I had an appointment,) and determined I needed a root canal. Painless throughout the entire procedure Dr. Ferris kept up a consistent warm conversation about his upcoming Thanksgiving plans, the Old Miss and Mississippi State football game and where the loyalty stood. Warmth & charm is what you get from this physician. After surgery he explained what they did, how it would feel, what to do to care for it and then the next day he called to check in. Seriously. I almost fell out of my chair. Customer service in the medical field. Woot woot. Go Rebels is what we're rooting for from here on out, that is unless they're playing the Wolverines.
