  • Burnt beans, lack luster service. My latte with an extra shot took an extra 10 minutes. I placed my order and waited as four to five people that ordered after me received their drinks. Worrying I would miss my bus, I asked "is a soy latte back there?"...."ummm....yeah...they take a while". Another five minutes later I had a sub-par, pricey latte. I miss the smiling staff of caribou. Walk down the street to Starbucks or Pour, you'll be happier.
