The dental care was fair. The billing unacceptable. When I left the office, told I was paid in full. The insurance should cover. I then received a bill months later, stating the insurance denied the claim. I called and left a message several times no one returned my call. Received another bill, so I wrote a letter asking for details, no response. Finally talked to someone who stated they would email the information to me. Never happened. This wouldn't be so frustrating but I called my insurance and they never received a claim! I'm going to try another letter with my insurance information again. Wish me luck!
