  • Sands Kia of Surprise almost killed my husband and I on Christmas Eve. They had improperly repaired our vehicle (and admitted it), but, will not replace our vehicle. DO NOT BUY FROM SANDS KIA IN SURPRISE. If you do, then do not let them repair your vehicle. They didn't put our fuel line back on properly and gas came through the vents, into the car. We both got very ill. The car was smoking when we pulled into McDonalds, and, there was gas spewing all over the engine, and, all under the car. The fire department deemed the car toxic for human beings. The dealership will not replace the vehicle and has been very unkind.
