Decided to do Las Vegas with no buffets and was happy with the restaurants we chose! Came here for a bday celebration and had a wonderful meal. Thanks to Opentable as my sister booked through them and we both had never heard of the restaurant before.
Service - considerate & attentive, but not smothering. There were a few people attending to the table and I didn't have any issues. We had everything we needed and there was constant follow-up throughout the meal.
Food - a seafood lover's heaven! They even have caviar. Stand out entrees were the fish soup with large portions of shellfish and a spicy broth; and the cashew crusted tuna. I am used to the standard pepper ahi tuna, so this dish was a unique, crunchier version of one of my fav fishes.
* Save room because the desserts are just as memorable. The bread pudding is a popular one, but for something lighter I would recommend the orange champagne semi-freddo. Delish!
Atmosphere - sea of blues & whites. An immaculate setting. The restroom was also immaculate.
* My only gripe was that some of the tables are a little close together.
Overall, Aquaknox was a great dining experience. They have an impressive wine list and so many seafood options that you just have to try something from the sea.
