| - They should change the name of their "tea party" to "sugar party". The first course is gummy bears, followed by pink lemonade or "iced tea" which is made from powdered drink mix. The second course is a store bought cookie, and the third course is a store bought cupcake with cheap frosting. Very disappointing for anyone who's ever had a real tea party. Next time I'll just stay home and make my own finger sandwiches.
Customer service is awful. Four of our guests did not show, and we asked if we could get a refund of the $48 dollars. Cindy, the proprietor, refused a refund, saying she had to buy extra supplies for those four guests. This seems fair, but was actually not true because we called from outside the store fifteen minutes before the party to add four guests and she checked to make sure she had sufficient supplies. Cindy was inside the store the entire time and did not have to buy anything extra. So, she refused to refund our money, and we asked her to give us the four cupcakes we were being forced to pay for (not because they were good, but on principle). She went in the back and returned with four cupcakes smashed into a napkin. As soon as we had taken delivery of the cupcakes she said she could not refund our money because we had taken the cupcakes. We only asked for those gross cupcakes because she was making us pay for them anyway!
Poor customer service, poor quality tea party, the only good thing about the place is that the party room is cute. Please avoid this place. You can replicate this party for about $3 per person.
