Bad first impression. The 1 star is because It is conveniently located, and the seats are comfortable & Theater is large. Food is average.
Now for the bad news.
Terribly warm - my husband had to complain so they would turn the air on for a few minutes, then it switched off again. We couldn't sit back against the seat it would cause us to sweat. The worst part is 2 babies cried the whole last hour of the movie. Who takes one year olds to an 8:30pm movie with giant scary dinosaurs roaring at the screen? Since the parents were too rude and selfish to leave, (just hung out in the hallway still inside the theater-- the manager should've done something at least one of the 2 times I complained. At least 5 other people were appalled as we walked out of the theater doors. I told no less than 3 employees, all I heard was 'sorry'. I even made it clear it was our first visit. At the very least they should have refunded our tickets, or offered passes, might have encouraged us to give them another chance. I think we will try Roadhouse Cinemas where they don't let babies cry through your movie.
