  • Dr. Bronstein FIVE STARS...Office staff ONE star. I am really impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Dr. Bronstein...I would give Dr. Bronstein 5 stars but, the office staff needs to be revamped. My first two appointments were cancelled without me cancelling them...of course I didn't know this until I showed up then I had to wait to be squeezed into MY appointment time. So..either their system is flawed or the office staff failed to enter my appointments TWICE...go figure. After a successful surgery, I get a bill for $160.00 to get my stitches removed...it was coded as THIRTY MINUTES of occupational therapy...REALLY. I spent 30 minutes waiting to be seen for a one minute (one thread) stitch removal. Maybe a new medical coder needs to be hired as a stitch removal is not the same as therapy! Seems like insurance fraud to me and yes, I plan on reporting this to my insurance company. If you plan on seeing this great doctor, good luck with the much to be desired office/support staff as they obviously need to be retrained or let go.
