  • I moved into my Ventana Luxury Apartment on 1/22/16 and LOVE it! Ok, so maybe 'Luxury' is slightly exaggerated as the appliances are from the Flintstone era, but I had brand-new carpeting installed prior to my arrival and the place was immaculately cleaned prior to move-in (and TRUST me when I tell you..I am a type AAA personality;-)). TONS of closet space (2 HUGE walk-ins) were the key feature for ME (you guessed it..TOO many clothes/shoes!!) Matthew at the Leasing Office was extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire application and moving process and all of the neighbors I have come across are friendly and quiet (with the exception of a 'yappy' dog with stealth hearing who starts barking EVERY time you get close to the apartment..even if you;re tip-toeing!;-(). The location is great with easy access to Raintree and Cactus to get on the 101 and tons of shopping in the area. Had an issue with my A/C a few weeks ago and within 2 hours of my submitting my repair request online, Handyman Nick was at my door and fixed the issue which was on the roof! Aside from that, NO issues whatsoever! Very quiet neighborhood, love the ability to pay your rent online, and they always have 'social gatherings' for the residents (which I have YET to attend, but I WILL soon!) Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt..Haters gonna HATE..and give it a chance. I was glad that I did and am VERY happy to live here!
