  • I've used this store for approximately 20 years for battery and band replacement. I had a $425 Luminox dive watch I took in for a new crystal and battery. I picked up the watch and the next day I went swimming in a baby pool with my son. The watch filled with water immediately. I took it back and they said it was an issue with the stem and not their fault. I liked these guys so paid a total of $115 for the work including the new movement/motor they said it needed due to water damage. The watch wouldnt keep time so I took it back a third time and they basically insulted me and said it wasnt their problem. I took it to a well known watch expert that has been doing watch repairs in Charlotte for 50 yrs. He confirmed that it was the wrong crystal and it was installed incorrectly (he showed me the crystal) and that the motor/movement was original and was not replaced. He fixed my watch in 20 minutes, pressure tested it and it has worked flawlessly. He confirmed that this shop has had many problems. I really liked these guys but they shouldn't have lied to me or blew me off after $100 in repairs.
