  • The guy I spoke with on the phone was a clown. He quoted me $285 for 300 square feet of sod, delivered. I told him I have a truck and wanted to pick it up so I would not have to pay the delivery fee. He then refused to sell me the sod since "we don't do pickup". Told me that I could either pay for delivery or go to Home Depot and pay a premium price. Terrible customer service and lousy business ethics. I ordered from Southwest Sod instead, with no problem
