  • FINALLY FINALLY - a Uniqlo in downtown Toronto. I think I have been waiting years for you guys to arrive in my hood. What can I say? A better version of Gap in my opinion. Great for basics. What sets these guys apart is some of their fabric innovations at very reasonable prices. Their heat tec line for leggings is a great example. These leggings are as thin as cotton but retain heat especially well due to some cutting edge fabric technology. One improvement to be made- sometimes their clothes can be a bit boring, I think they should add a more trendy line into the mix. Also, as usual- us Canadians get totally whacked by the exchange rate. Retailers always mark up significantly when they move north of the border. Sigh what can we do?
