  • Absolutely the WORST Verizon store in the company. Not a single "member specialist" knows what they're doing, they're beyond rude, they don't listen so you will constantly have to repeat yourself. I have been with VZW for 14 years now and today was the straw that broke the camel's back. Switching to the new T-Mobile. Absolutely unacceptable staff at this location. In previous "adventures" to this location I spent on average 1hr 12mn just WAITING to be helped. Never ever again. I hope this store gets shut down.
