Worst customer service ever on Frontier Airlines!!! Accidently my forgot laptop bag on the plane and once we got to baggage claim we realized what happened. Customer service would do nothing and said it was going to their corporate office in Denver since we were already past security. We were only off the plane for 10 mins so I know the plane was still there. Then some dude named Marco that worked in their baggage claim area felt it was appropriate to argue with me about it and told me it was my fault for leaving the bag on the plane. He must not have kids because if he did he would know that things happen when your trying to get two of them off the plane! We put in a report on their website trying to get the laptop back and you are not able to speak with a live person to get any updates. This is affecting my livelyhood since I have a ton of work files on my external hard drive that was in the laptop bag with the laptop. I will never fly them again!
