  • Made an appointment so that I could get some professional advice regarding a foot issue. I received a confirmation of my appointment as well as a reminder. I showed up for my appointment and was told they did not take appointments that day. A man (I believe the owner) said he would have me meet with the female employees. The man started appoint then handed me over to the female employee with half the information. I explained what I needed the female employee apparently didn't listen to a word I said and was condescending and rude. Will not be back, even though between my family, friends and extended family could account for a nice chunk of business, and I believe in supporting our local small businesses.
