  • Whoa, Did Scottsdale Fiat just go Pro! Hats off to the wonderful new Service Advisor - Catherine Radogna who hit a home run with me today. Was in for routine service on the Fiat and Catherine went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and very welcomed. Fresh coffee, happy smile, professional greeting and intro set the pace and she never let up. Things were busy today so my wait time was extended. The wait was nobody's fault and Catherine did everything in her power to double check progress, make sure I was okay, and even let me vent on her a little on unrelated issues. I understand she is replacing a recent departure of the previous SA...Well, believe me this was a GREAT MOVE for Scottsdale Fiat. Thanks again Catherine (and Mary too for letting me use her pen and Aaron in Service for the work). Keep up the great work guys. Happy Fiat Owner
