  • DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO ENJOY YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!! Where should I begin? Should I start with the 45+ minutes to check in (at ALL hours of the day) or the stuffiness of the room due to having no open windows or access to fresh air? Or should I start with story about when I called front desk over 6 times within 3 hours just to get some pillows? They said I couldn't go get them cause only housekeeping has them. Did I mention our room FLOODED????? TWICE!!! They offered a free breakfast to compensate (for the hundreds I spent? Are you joking?) when they informed us they were moving us to another room after midnight. Service is awful. Horrible. I didn't even "get what I paid for". The only positive was it's spitting distance from Fremont St. But it's loud at all hours.
