| - My friend and I came here for dinner and it was probably one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had, and we're not hard to please people. The waitress was not attentive and we couldn't find her half the time. It took a while to get our food, despite the restaurant being only half-full. When we finally received our food, we dived right into it as we were hangry. Guess what?! My friend found a dead fly in her pasta! It was nested in the middle of it so she already ate half of it before seeing it. How gross is that? We tried to flag our waitress down but again, that took a while. We addressed the issue and even showed her the fly, and she had the nerve to question us. She did not offer any apology whatsoever. Instead, she asked if we were sure the fly was there before. Umm, no we just decided to kill a fly and stick it in our pasta... Like seriously?!! Needless to say, we will NOT be coming back. The service was outstandingly horrible and I do not know how someone like her is working in the customer service industry.
P.S. My friend even emailed the restaurant to let them know of the issue and surprise, surprise, she did not receive any response. A simple sorry would suffice, but it's evident they do not care about customers' experiences. The food was okay, but the experience tarnished everything. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
