  • I came in with my mother to upgrade her flip phone with an iPhone7. Her account was in her deceased husbands/my dad's name. They were sympathetic, efficient and provided my non-tech savvy mother with easy to understand solutions for her upgrade while delicately dealing with the account in my late father's name . The manager, Jessica, not only trained the courteous gentleman (whose name I unfortunately didn't remember) handling her account-she multitasked multiple customers using both perfect English and Spanish. All the staff was friendly, approachable, and professional. We were both so pleasantly surprised.
