  • I dont get it. I order my food, they read it back and they still somehow mess it up. I ordered a coffee with cream.and a bagel with cream cheese. I got a ice tea with a bacon egg thing. Of course i.didnt take it but they gave me my order but it gets better. I figured it was an oops so i went back the next day and ordered the same thing. This time i got a hot cocoa and a bagel with no cream cheese. So i dtecided to go back for.a third time, last chance, and order inside. Ordered the same thing. This time no bagel just coffee. When i asked the lady looked at me like i had a pickle on my forehead. I then showed her my recipt, got the bagel, wasnt toasted so i just left it there and walked out. I was surprised to see how messy the counters were and there was a smell, not sure if it was the workers or lack of cleanliness. I would love to see corporate make a surprise visit and see what this place looks like and operates without them knowing when they are coming with no prep time. They will definitely see how this place runs and why all the complaints. Definitely lost me as a customer.
