I come here quite often to pick up chinese bakery buns. Their buns are soft and a good portion for the price. The place is a little run down but its holding up. Im sure the business is family owned, they even have a little girl helping there sometimes. The prices are labeled but you can't help but wonder if the prices they are entering are correct as they do some calculations in their head prior to entering it into the register. If you buy 6 or more buns there is no tax and if you go in about 8pm they have bags of buns for $2 a bag. You don't get to choose whats inside so what you see is what you get. Im not a huge fan of their egg tarts as it isnt their specialty.. but try it if your craving. They have other breads and swiss rolls available as well. Swiss rolls are big, moist and tastes great. Im also a fan of their coconut buns and have ordered custom cakes for my kids birthday as well. They can do traditional chinese fruit cakes with modern cake designs like those offered in grocery stores. Baked goods are great but sometimes I question the cleanliness of the tongs and trays used but what can I do?
