  • Gee, criminy. These guys did work on our water heater year ago, and did a fine job. Today, the water heater broke again. I called them and the first time they put me on hold for 10 minutes and somehow the lines got crossed and I was talking to another customer?! I called again, and it was their answering service. Your plumbers might be fine, but your customer service makes me want to stab myself in the eye.
