  • I'm surprised to see such high ratings at this TJ location. Normally I shop at TJ on Green Valley and they are always SO friendly and helpful. The last three times I have been to the Easter location, I left feeling ripped off. This is not what Trader Joes has been known for in my opinion. The first time I needed help finding alphabet crackers, a girl showed me begrudgingly and when I asked her to point me in the direction of ketchup because I absolutely could not find it, she walked away. I didn't realize I was suppose to follow. Then she pointed at the shelf as she walked away without saying a word. The second and third times I made the mistake of coming back, I had terrible service at check out. The cashier never acknowledged my presence while talking to her coworker about her schedule. And the other time, the cashier seemed annoyed that I had so much. I was not in a limited item line, by the way. I refuse to go to this location again. I've never experienced friendly employees and I've given this location plenty of tries. It really made me feel crappy leaving my money behind without even a thank you.
