  • Not impressed with services. Can't deposit cash into my sons account. So I get a cashiers check from my Bank of America down the road. Chase STILL has a hold on cashiers check 3 days later! Assistant manager Ashtin was ZERO help on the phone and WOULD NOT give me the name of the branch manager. Lousy customer service. The Chase customer service line told me to call the branch.... What a run around! I would NEVER recommend this bank! Since WHEN can one not deposit CASH into an account?
