I called your center today and the receptionist was very rude. She bluntly told me I was not saying my own name correctly (I assume she couldn't understand my accent), was very irate and then hung up on me. This is NOT a good first impression at all.
I am eager to look at the studies you have available, but your receptionist who took my call today (13th July 2015 at 9:40am) is a huge bottleneck and preventing this from happening.
Can you look into this issue for me and get back to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you
