  • Best of the best! My first purchase at Bow Cycle goes back to 1998. I had moved from Edmonton where my bike shop of choice said, "The guys at Bow will take great care of you." And they have. I bought my Kona King Kikapu in 2001 from Kurt - I still ride today. I've bought our Chariot strollers and all my kid's bikes from Bow... and today was no different. Today, I brought my 9-year-old daughter in for an upgrade and without any influence from me at all, she - with the help of Liz the Great (one of the bike fitting wizards in the store) bought her very own Kona. Yes, we've been to other bike shops from one thing or another - a part, a water bottle, a chain, fix a flat tire, etc... but when it comes to buying a bike and the all the accessories, we always come back to Bow. The service for us has always been excellent. We've never felt rushed in our purchase - the staff have always been super patient. The selection is off the walls. Bikes of all kinds are everywhere. It's in Bowness. Who doesn't love to visit Bowness? We live in the deep SE so it's a bit of a drive but we just don't care. Last year I brought my 2001 Kona King Kikapu for its regular 10-year tune up and it rides like new. I'm sure the guys in the shop thought I was riding an antique LOL. We've never been disappointed with our experience at Bow. Thanks, everyone. Thank you LIZ for all your help today. Say Hello to Kurt and Fransky for me - it's been ages!
