My appointment was set up thru my warranty contract and I got a robo call from A&E and it was set for Tuesday between 8am and 12pm. It was after 12pm and nobody came. I called customer service and they were clueless about where the service tech was and had no way of knowing. I called back and they gave me a number for Sears (same company). I called that number and after holding for 10 minutes, told me the tech had called in sick. Thanks for wasting 5 hours of my live. No on call tech to replace him and now they want me to wait 8 days for another appointment! At least have the courtesy to call so I can and not waste a vacation day.
