Worst service ever. Sears should not even receive one star. My oven broke after only 3 years. I scheduled the appointment on line December 11th for Wednesday the 13th. My wife calls 30 minutes later a repair man was trying to come that day. I had text from them saying it was scheduled for the 13th. I call to find out was going on and they didn't know. I asked to reschedule it for the 13th. Told sorry it's filled up. The story goes on and on. Final result it was fixed on January 13th. Never had any follow up on status. It's said to see a great America company lose is quality. I can never recommend them or will I ever use them.
