I've made two reservations with this hotel. First reservation was in April for one night. The required a $100 credit card hold... Fine.ok..pretty normal. Well that "hold" took a entire MONTH to be refunded on my card I should i have remembered.
TONIGHT... I come to check in ahead of my boyfriend w our credit card, he wouldn't be able to come until very late tonight. I offered to give them the card number but they didn't accept
Now I have to cancel and make a new reservation and this hotel refused any refunds even when I'm speaking with the hotel manager with Expedia on the phone with me.
Im Thankfully going back to the Magnuson papago inn...theyre way more friendly and accommodating!
3 palms needs better front desk associates who dont seemed bothered by customer needs and needs an owner that can make better updates with all the money they're stealing from travelers!
