  • My inspection was for a home I am buying. The only issue I had with the inspection was when the inspector checked the piping under the kitchen sink. The inspector said he could not do a thorough inspection due to things being under the sink. It seems like he could have shifted some things around to check the piping. The rest of the report was thorough and had pictures to show the deficiencies. Home Inspection Carolina even included a "90 Day Home Warranty" until mine kicks in.
