  • After a handful of hair appointments with Dayna, I decided I needed to let the world know just how great she and this salon are! I saw Dayna for a couple haircuts a year ago and she did a lovely job. In between then, however, I regretfully let a "friend of a friend" cut my hair for free... a risk I wish I hadn't taken. After growing it out for a couple months I returned to Changes salon last week and was not disappointed. Dayna not only fixed some mistakes from the old haircut, but also executed my requests perfectly! My hair has never looked better leaving the salon. I can be extremely picky about my hair plus it's not the easiest to cut due to its length and thickness, but I feel safe in Dayna's hands. I got an eyebrow wax as well and mentioned I had trouble filling mine in/finding a shade of pencil to match my slight auburn hair. She suggested an eyebrow pencil they carried and filled mine in for me, going above and beyond. They looked just as great as my hair! On top of being a great stylist, Dayna is friendly and wonderful to chat with. The ladies at Changes are all so nice, warm, and accommodating. It really is a treat going there. I won't make the same mistake twice: Changes is officially my go-to salon!
