I've been a member here on and off since 2002. In that time I've come and gone a couple times due to returning to school, but every time I come back the place gets better and better. The gym facility has top of the line equipment, and plenty of it whether you want a simple workout on power lifting or more popular advanced stuff. They offer awesome butt-kicker workout classes several times per day and all of the trainers i have experienced are excellent. They bring their own flavor to the workouts, but they are all encouraging, welcoming and friendly and they make sure you leave feeling like you've done some hard work.
As far as the martial arts portion of the gym, the head BJJ coach is very accomplished and a great teacher. The classes are consistently good and you always have time to free roll at the end. There are some really good players, but I've not run into anyone who was overly aggressive or got nasty on the mats. I've also had the opportunity to take some of the muay Thai classes and the instructor is awesome. I thought I understood the stand up game, but he has taught me nuance that I didn't grasp before. Unfortunately my schedule changed and I can't make those classes anymore, but I really wish I could.
Anyway, I wouldn't be as loyal to this place if they hadn't been so great to me. I highly recommend you checking it out and I'll see you on the mats.
