| - This company deserves ZERO STARS. Shouldn't be in business. We're all disgusted with OnTrac, how is this company still in business? Customer service people LIE to you. Online status updates are bogus. "Delivery area inaccessible."??!! UPS and Fed Ex were both delivering packages all day on my street. I received a UPS package while on the phone with OnTrac!!
I ordered on 11/23/15, order shipped out on 11/25/15. Checked OnTrac online status 11/27/15, stated "Redeliver next business day." 11/30/15, Monday, next business day, online status: "Delivery area inaccessible." B.S. Fed Ex and UPS were delivering on my street. I called OnTrac customer service, the nightmare begins. First off, you have to leave your phone number for a call back. Then I'm told a new driver from Phoenix unfamiliar with the area couldn't find my house. Package will be delivered by 5:00pm Tuesday."They printed out a map for her, and she has your phone number to call you if she has problems." No package delivered by 5. Call CS again, s/w "Doug" who tells me "you never should have been told the package would be delivered today. The Tucson warehouse is in transition. It will be delivered between 12-2pm tomorrow." (Wednesday) No package on Wednesday - bogus status "Wrong Delivery Address." ?? The address is on the order, if a map was printed, they MUST HAVE HAD the address! It goes on and on...how? Why don't they just deliver the packages?
So where are all these undelivered packages ending up? Are OnTrac employees keeping them?
I had to order from Kohls.com because that is the only retailer that carries the merchandise I wanted. Not in stores, only online. Never again. Kohl's doesn't bother to contact the carrier, doesn't care if they lose business due to non-delivery. I asked that they reship the order using UPS or Fed EX and the only thing they could do is cancel and refund the account in 14 days.
Not that I shop at Kohls very often, but I sure won't ever again.
