Rent has gone up...again. Once again, no improvements for long-term residents. It's only become worse.
The renovated laundry room is worse than the older one. It takes the dryers three, sometimes four EXTRA runs just to have clothes come out semi-dry. You're better off going to the laundromat now.
In previous years, I have never experienced a pest problem, however the past year it's become unbearable. I have asked FIVE times for pest control and still have yet to receive it. I don't know why it's suddenly become an issue, but it's awful. (Maybe because they aren't doing pest control anymore?)
Anyway, I'm fed up with this place.
Avoid it. It's not worth your time, money or sanity.
If you love bugs, dog crap everywhere your walk, and no noise control, you'll have the time of your life.
I felt I needed to update after the latest "renovations".
Thankfully, the parking lots were resurfaced.
Sure they repainted the outside, but a bow on a turd doesn't make it less of a turd.
Of course these latest updates come with a price. Every year, rent is increased with no improvements for long-term residents. Unfortunately, I am not in the position to move right now so I am forced to bend over and take it.
Laundry rates are also increasing. It costs over 3 bucks for ONE load. That is if you can get your hands on a machine.
I've lost quite a few bucks to broken machines and it is not worth the effort to contact their third party service for a refund.
No patio shades anymore? Are they going to pay my increased electricity bill now that the sun violates my living space all day and keeps the temperature higher?
I've seen new staff rotate in and the words I have about them is not appropriate for public forum. The only staff that was tolerable of this place is now gone.
Also, the T-Rex that juggles bowling balls in the apartment above me has become worse with the noise. I get cigarette butts dropped on my patio from above, woken up at 3am every morning, and have to sit and listen to unnecessary STOMPING throughout the day/night. I am really curious what they are doing up there sometimes to make such loud noises. It seriously sounds like bowling balls are being dropped on the floor.
(Update) Hooray! Jerk neighbors moved out and I got worse! Now there is a child that literally jumps up and down on top of my bedroom ceiling in the middle of the night and a baby, plus said child cry at all hours.
This place sucks.
If you like obnoxious dog owners that leave their dog's turds everywhere, you'll be in heaven!
