| - Visited here about 4 weeks ago. I was in a bit of a rush on the way to a job interview and I wanted a few fresh copies of my resume printed as I had just moved. I called the store for their email address to send it over. I made sure to allow myself time to take care of this. I even budgeted in an extra 20 minutes. I was disappointed when I was placed on a long hold so she could ask about pricing, which I didn't ask for and 4 minutes later someone else picked up and I got the information I needed. I asked for heavy paper, and they said it wouldn't be a problem. I let them know I would be there in 15 minutes. When I showed up, someone was cutting the card stock to print my resumes on. I appreciate the extra effort, but my punctuality was a heck of a lot more important to me than the weight of my paper, I would have appreciated if they just let me know what they had on hand. This took 15 minutes from when I showed up, before they began the printing process. This took a while as well, and they may have been training someone in, it just didn't seem to go as smoothly as it should. She handed me the copies and every last one was smudged. Not even one was acceptable. I have had my resume printed on this weight of card stock before and it came out beautifully. I rushed out the door empty handed wasting time and resources, running late to my interview. I was very disappointed that this was my experience and although it is the nearest location to my house, that experience alone made it so I will never come here again. It was a small task and I as the customer didn't feel like a priority for even a moment as they chatted amongst themselves. My only regret is I didn't allow even more time, but this still wouldn't have been handled how it should have on their end, and that's why I stand by my 1 star review.
