  • horrible horrible horrible horrible customer service!!!!!!!!! I went to this nail spa about one month ago and I wanted to get gel color change and I did my pedicure and the lady that was doing my nails She sits on the third row from the door she did a good job. So I wanted to get my nails done I called made an appointment, the lady was busy doing someone else nail and they had me sit down with this man and I told him what I wanted done on my nails he told me that he can't do that for me that I only was there to get a gel color change. You would think that they would give good customer service by taking care of their customers well guess what they refused to take care of me and because of that they lost a potential loyal customer I will never go back again...
