  • We were out shopping for a new car and decided to try Arrowhead Honda on Bell Rd. We worked with a nice salesman named Twitch who was very patient and worked with us to narrow down the model we wanted. Two days later we went back to test drive the car one more time, talk numbers, and purchase. Our salesman was off so another salesman named Sam said that he would help. He took our name and type of car we wanted to see and said he would be right back with the model. Fifteen minutes later we were still standing in the lobby. Then I noticed the new salesman, who said he was getting a car for us, was standing outside in front of the dealership. HE HAD DITCHED US! My husband went and told a manager and the manager's response was to simply page the same salesman to come inside and help us. What? It was already evident that this salesman did NOT want anything to do with us and now he was being forced to. It was the most uncomfortable experience as he grudgingly got us a car and barely spoke to us. We decided to leave. I could not believe the level of disrespect from both the salesman and the manager.
