  • I'm confused where to start! They first took my laptop and told me they will fix it for less. But later on, almost after a month, I visited them, to know that I have been scammed. They ripped me off, in the name of extra parts, which were worth less than $20 on the internet. They overcharged me, and even when I was ready to pay it, the next visit. My laptop was still broke, even worse I must say. There was one good, honest employee, who took care of this issue. Still most of their employees are socially inept ass***** especially Joe. Oh! I forgot to mention their owner, the FRAUDULENT SCUMBAG JIM BROCK, I met him during my last visit , and If I had met him in my first visit, I would never have given my computer here for repair. HE IS A CERTIFIED ASS! Also, the best way to see for yourself that these guys rip you off, is that they have an AGREEMENT for computer repair??? Who does that? Most of the stores contact you and inform about the charges you may incur, but they don't, they play by the rules of ripping customers off!
