  • One star yes. Just for the new remodeled rooms very nice. But to start off I've stayed here many times before when it was the Imperial Palace Hotel, and now the linq but never again room service was terrible along with customer service, the elevators took forever!!! 15min tops!!!! Very bad service. It was not accommodating at all, parking was horrible they need to remodel the structure and employees not just give it a paint job and call it a day. Very bad never again will I stay there.
